Trump's GDP

Trump talks about how bad the US economy is by mentioning that the GDP is around one percent. What does that even mean? A person with decent economic knowledge will laugh about it as GDP can't be 1% but the growth of it is expressed in percentage. But no body seems to care in his rally or do actually even care what does he say? His supporters don't care whether it makes sense or not as long as Trump assures that this country is at its worst since the independence and all of them are going to be killed by Islam and immigrants. I am sure you raised your eyebrow by reading my wrong grammar in the previous sentence (it was to ridicule Trump's famous quote: "Islam hates us") and I am happy if you did that. This would be a proof that you are immune to Trump fascist, racist, and misogynist virus.

Organizing emails

Now a days, we need email address virtually for everything. Bank account, doctor's office, university, work, social platforms, you name it! Most of the cases, we are to use email address as user name as well. We, the IT professionals, suggest end users to maintain different passwords for different sites. This would protect your, for instance, bank account when your favorite shopping store is hacked. So why not take the security to one more notch up by even using different email address for different types of sites. I would go for unique emails for each site if that was easy to manage but unfortunately you would be lost to maintain tens of email address. So until there's a easy solution to maintain unique email address for each site, let's use a scheme to use segment specific emails and offcourse different password for them as well. This would have another benefit i.e. to separate the email communication based on the usage domain. Here's a guideline:

For personal emails: <your name>.personal@gmail.com (gmail.com is a placeholder for your favorite choice of email provider)

For professional emails: <your name>.work@gmail.com

For education purpose: <your name>.edu@gmail.com

For all unnecessary commercial usage: <your name>.com@gmail.com

For health related emails: <your name>.med@gmail.com

For organizational emails: <your name>.org@gmail.com

The list goes on as per your need....

You may now be thinking that it would be crazy to check all the emails everyday but there's a simpler solution. Forward all these emails to another common hub email e.g. <your name>.email@gmail.com. And you can just check that hub email and go to that specific email address when needed to reply from specific email address.

This would probably serve the purpose for some of our needs but there's a clear gap the way we use email now a days which need an innovative solution.

The apocalypse begins with Donald Trump

Donald Trump is the presumptive nominee of the Republican Party for the 2016 presidential election. Hillary Clinton is struggling to wrap up the Democratic primary race. Bernie Sanders has vowed to not to fad away so soon. This year's presidential election is far from anymore surprise.

No one now brushes off the potential reality of Trump presidency, specially with the non-charismatic characteristics of Hilary Clinton's potential candidacy from Democratic Party. But I fear not that Donald Trump would clinch the win by defeating Hillary but I fear that some nonsensical incidents or tragedies in the world or in the USA around the election time would trigger the myopic voters who won't have any sense of consequences but to push a crazy clown to the Oval office. The apocalypse would begin!

Donald Trump's Islam hates us! It's past due to "Dump the Trump"

The Trump horror goes on. He isn't just a Republican front runner now but he is very much a reality where we can see a Trump presidency in 2017. As I had mentioned in the past that I don't see Trump as a person but as a movement that can only be compared to the Nazi movement in post world war I Germany. Anyway, couple of days back, Trump has said: "I think Islam hates us". He also vowed to restore waterboarding torture. When asked about the Geneva convention, he replied: "Everybody Believes in the Geneva Convention Until They Start Losing".

Among other strategies, Donald Trump's strategy is:

"The other thing with the terrorists is you have to take out their families, when you get these terrorists, you have to take out their families...They care about their lives, don't kid yourself. When they say they don't care about their lives, you have to take out their families."

People are getting surprised how a person who is the front runner of the Republican party and potentially be the president of the United States of America, can say such a outrageous, racist and inhuman things. The Imam at the yesterday's Jum'a khutba, said that how a person with such an ignorance and low-intellect (referring to the fact that "Islam hates us" doesn't make any linguistic sense at all) can be running for presidency. He compared the presidency of Abraham Lincoln and Thomas Jefferson. But is this all so surprising? Didn't we have the president who's name was George W. Bush? Just watch some of his speeches (you can watch President George Bush's dumb moments). America had presidents with much lesser-intellect.

But how about the inhumanity or the cruelty Donald trump is suggesting? You will find much more horrific policies from the presidents like Thomas Jefferson and George Washington that they had towards the indigenous native American population. And don't forget the infamous internments of American citizens of Japanese ancestry by Franklin D. Roosevelt, the president who is one of the most praised president in the history of the USA.

Here's a couple excerpts but there are abandon in the history that you can find if you are interested in history.

Orders of George Washington to General John Sullivan, May 31, 1779
“The immediate objectives are the total destruction and devastation of their settlements and the capture of as many prisoners of every age and sex as possible. It will be essential to ruin their crops in the ground and prevent their planting more."
President Thomas Jefferson, The Papers of Thomas Jefferson, December 29, 1813
“This unfortunate race, whom we had been taking so much pains to save and to civilize, have by their unexpected desertion and ferocious barbarities justified extermination and now await our decision on their fate.”
So, we can't be fooled that Donald Trump is an exception in the history. This can very much happen. The only concern is that in this age of the integrated world, any such kind of atrocity on a race or religion that was done in the past would have a global effect which might rip the world apart through the devastation of another, and probably the last, world war.
As a side note: if Donald Trump becomes the nominee from the Republican party and runs for presidency, you would probably see my on the street campaigning against trump during the election, regardless of it's impact of making a dent or not in the election outcome. The motto would be to "Dump the Trump" ( borrowed the phrase from the speech of Imam Suhaib Webb)

What the hell is going on in this country?

On Tuesday, 12 states are having presidential primary election and Donald Trump is expecting to win most of the states, if not all. What the hell is going on in this country?

Quick history lesson: "Hitler was elected by Germans in the election of 1933"

Survey polls are unscientific: let's get over it

Donald Trump was leading in all the survey polls and had double digit gap with Marco Rubio. Just as an example: Quinnipiac survey poll shows Trump 31% and Rubio 17%. Ted Cruz was running behind Trump.

And now see the result of the first state's (Iowa) Republican nomination election: Donald Trump got 24% and Marco Rubio got 23%. Who won the primary? Ted Cruz.

But these pollsters won't stop their nonsense and unscientific opinion polls. Still we will continue seeing this survey pollsters carry on their business.

I had a post on the unscientific nature of survey polls and now I see that my doubt wasn't baseless
